Welcome to Versailles Fabrix Trading FZCO. This document outlines our standard commercial terms, payment procedures, and security verification protocols. By confirming an invoice, signing a contract, or initiating a transaction, you agree to the conditions stated below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure a secure and flexible purchasing process, we accept major global payment methods for samples, production deposits, and final balances:
• Bank Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).
• Bank Wire Transfers: Standard SWIFT / Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) directly to our corporate bank account in Dubai, UAE.

2. Contract Execution & Digital Signatures
Before any commercial textile production or bulk export begins, both parties must formally execute a sales agreement.
• All official contracts, proforma invoices, and terms of sale are dispatched and executed digitally using DocuSign.
• Digitally signed contracts carry full legal weight and are required to secure manufacturing slots and logistics routing.

3. Payment Verification & Security Protocols
To protect our international clients and comply with UAE anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing laws, Versailles Fabrix Trading FZCO reserves the absolute right to conduct a strict verification process for all digital payments.
To validate and approve your credit card payment, the following elements are mandatory:
• Identity Verification: A valid corporate registration document, passport, or government-issued photo ID of the authorized signatory.
• Credit Card Verification: Proof of card ownership to prevent fraudulent chargebacks and unauthorized third-party card usage.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within [X] business days may result in immediate order suspension or payment cancellation.

4. Order Tracking, Dispatch & Serial Numbers
We maintain a fully transparent supply chain from Indian textile mills to your final destination.
• Serial Numbers: Every individual fabric roll, bale, or customized batch is assigned a unique corporate serial number for quality control and inventory tracking.
• Tracking Numbers: Upon dispatch from our Dubai Free Zone hub or direct port shipping in India, each customer is immediately provided with official freight tracking numbers. This allows real-time monitoring of your textile shipment via sea, air, or express courier.

5. Governing Law
These terms, payment policies, and verification processes are governed by the corporate laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific Free Zone regulations applicable to Versailles Fabrix Trading FZCO.
